I've recently bought this game and when i've pressed play on the launcher, the game crashed. When i forced steam to launch on iGPU (Intel HD 630) the game worked, so i've tried to change OpenGL vendor to Zink and this fixed the issue with my dGPU (Nvidia gtx 1650). I've tested few OpenGL games (Kingdom Two Crowns, 0ad, L4D2, Return to Castle Wolfenstein with iortcw) and they work flawlessly.

PC specs:
OS: Fedora 37 Workstation
CPU: i7 8750h
dGPU: Nvidia GTX 1650 mobile
iGPU: Intel UHD 630

Does it help if you disable multisampling by editing "~/.local/share/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/settings.txt" and changing the line which starts with "multi_sampling" to "multi_sampling=0"?
Does it help if you use X11/xorg instead of wayland? I think you can select "gnome-xorg" at the login screen to get it in fedora. There has been a bug in wayland which caused it to report wrong multisampling capabilities to X11 games like eu4 which in turn caused eu4 to crash. It was supposedly fixed some time ago, but I don't know if this fix ever made it into fedora.
The error.log which you posted is what the launcher said about the game crash, right? There are only default/harmless messages there and the information that the crash reporter wrote more information about the crash into a specific folder. Can you post the exception.txt from that folder and the eu4 error.log and system.log from "~/.local/share/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV/logs" (make sure that they are actually from a startup which crashed, because eu4 might not have gotten far enough to write them)?
