game crashes whenever i split my army

Description​

the game crashes whenever i click the split army button or the "station besiegers" button.

i have noticed this bug only occurs when im couple hundred years into my campaign. (happened in 2 different saves with me so far)

Steps to reproduce​

1- play a couple hundred years into a game.
2- split army after deploying
3- game crashes

I had this too, but when merging two of them together (tried multiple times), so I didn't, won the war, and then it was fine again...
