I have the i7-12700h processor so it is likely that. But how many E-cores does it have? 6 or 8? If it has 8 that would explain why the total circumventing solution proposed under didn't work, if it has 8 e-cores.I don't think your crash has anythign to do with what you see in the error log.
Rather, Depending on what bios you have (ie who your MB maker is), you very likely have the CPU/bios/AVX2 issue discussed here:

I wanted to permanently resolve the issue with the affinity circumvent if possible, and not just deter it for a period of time.The issue is nothing to do with eCores; any issue Vic3 had with them is resolved, or thought to be at least.
Did you. read that post? Essentially it is about excessive power draw by those CPUs causing them to go unstable.
