Steps to reproduce​

I WAS PLAYING GAME, SUDEENLY SOMEONE PLUGED OUT MY LAPTOPS CHARGER THEN AFTER THAT WHEN EVER I TRIED TO LOGIN IN GAME IT GOT STUCK ON LOADING SCREEN, THEN AFTER SOME TIME A MSG APPREAD SAYING FOLLOWING

An error occurred
The game appears to have crashed or terminated
unexpectedly (exit code null). The issue may be solved
by verifying the integrity of your game files and
deactivating any mods. If you are using Windows, you
may also need to install Visual C++ Redistributable and
.NET Framework.

SHUTTING DOWN OF LAPTOP WHILE PLAYING GAME (MAYBE)

Actual Result​

I HAVE REDOWNLOADED GAME 4-5 TIMES IN 24 HOURS. EVEN DELTED ALL FILES FROM MY DESKTOP AND REDOWNLOADED THERFORE I DONT HAVE ANY OF THE LOGS.

I HAVE DOWNLOADED ALL THE ESSENTIALS THAT WERE TOLD IN MSG AND EVEN UNSUBSCRIPED ALL MODS

Please go to mods.paradoxplaza.com and unsubscribe from ALL mods and assets.





THEN do a clean reinstall:

• Remove the game from Steam or the Xbox app (uninstall)
• Manually delete all these files and folders, if still there:

…\Steam\steamapps\common\Cities Skylines II\ (if on Steam only)


…\AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II\


(first move the /saves/ folder elsewhere to keep your save games)


(To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer)

• Install the game again and start a new test city (NOT load any existing one).
