Game crashes

I just got EU2 and it crashes all the time. Sometimes it will let me go through a year first and sometimes only a few months and crashes without warning...

Can the game play in Windows XP?
I'm playing it in Mellinium

Please read the stickies at the top of the forum and if nothing helps (and you are using patch 1.03) then repost in this thread with your machine specs

I use WinXP and haven't seen any in-game problems at all, actually. I used to have a problem in that a game wouldn't start, but this doesn't seem to be related to your problem.

To answer your question, it is certainly possible to get the game running well under WinXP although this of course might depend on other things in your computer.
