Game Crashes

I can start up the game and everything works but when I click new game the any of the game types e.g tutorial or any of the others I get a loading screen, then it loads. After that I press start when it pops up then I get a black srceen the music continues then it stops the it continues agian then it stops responing. Ihave tried everything to get it to work.

My computer specs:
windows 7
3.00 GB RAM
64-bit
dual-core cpu
2.20GHz

Please can somone help me!!!

Have a read through this thread, try some of the suggestions and post back here with the other recommended information, specifically graphics card and the content of your log_metro.txt.

Mobile Intel(R) 4 series express chipset family

Your computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements to play the game.
You need a dedicated graphic card (nVidia or ATI) with at least 512MB to play the game.
Try lowering all the graphic settings to the minimum, maybe it will work.

Just managed you get sandbox mode working but there are two problems one it was very lagging two becuause i can't get the tutorial working i don't know how to play

I have got it working now but it is to lagging to play all the graphic options are down so I don't think i will try to play it anymore

if any one knows how to make it faster without instaling a new graphics card please tell me

No, there is unfortunately no way how to avoid meeting the minimum requirements of the game...you do need a proper gfx card for the game.
