Game crashing always after a specific vassalization event

Description​

I am playing vanilla CK3 , without any mods. I have a saved game just before 3-4 in-game-days before a vassalize offer to concluded. It always immediately crashes after vassalize offer concluded. Tried with different graphic settings , debug mode etc. I just can't get past it.

I am playing on M1 Pro 32GM machine and I tried with GeforceNow as well. Behaviour is same, it crashes exactly at the same event. My vassalization offer is accepted and as I close the popup it crashes.

Steps to reproduce​

If you load the saved game I shared, only thing to do is unpause the game. After a few in-game days, a vassalization offer will be accepted and as you close the popup game will crash.
