Game crashing in Tutorial and then can't upload Crash Report

Game crashing in Tutorial and then can't upload Crash Report

Description​

My game crashes at random times while I am not doing anything in the game. The first time I had just clicked the button to start the Tutorial. The second time I was hovering over potential wives traits and spaced out for a minute, and then it crashed while the mouse wasn't even moving.

To add insult to injury, my bug reports won't upload!


My setup:
2560x1440 monitor
DX11
Windowed

I have a brand new PC with an i9 13900k and an RTX 4090. I updated my drivers very recently.

Play the tutorial normally.
