Game crashing on events

Description​

The game is crashing on events. Some of them are from persia dlc, some of them are on tournaments dlc

Steps to reproduce​

Just play the game. It will crash when a event is triggered by me or a NPC

What ive done to solve this: Ive deleted all mods and reinstalled the game. I have verified the game files on steam and they are always good with no err (after every crash).

I have turned off vsync and have checked 'disable full screen optemisation' on ck3.exe and set max fps to 60 as i thought this is due to my new ultra wide monitor ( samsung odessay g8 )

Comet sighted event, picked compassion then my husband died and CTD

married a new husband, married my daughter to a baster of the scotts, declared war on tyrol and CTD

Another crash, was just passing time dealing with inheritance

No CTD this time but my game froze when a new culture popup come up. I have a i9 and a 4080 and 64gb of RAM memory. This has never happened before even on my old setup

Just to see if there is something wrong with my game file, I started as Lothair of Lotheringia and the game CTD within 3 months with no err log

Another Lothair fresh same game, this time it does have a crash report. Will stop posting for now cos i think you get the idea

Final one i promise. I disabled the perisa dlc and tried to play as Heimstein and attcked North Germany and CTD

Last one cos I dont wonna spam, but i switched to my other monitor thats not ultra wide and the game stll crahsed
