The crashes started with a modded save game, where it'd crash during loading the save game. After messing around with the mods, I couldn't get it to work.
Now I realised it crashes even with a completely clean game with no mods. Whenever I click new game and go to a loading screen, it crashes.

Things I've tried:
  1. Verify game data
  2. Reinstall the game
  3. Deleted all save games
  4. Unsubscribed from all mods on the workshop

I'm unsure on how to read the error logs, but from what I gather a mod is crashing the game. This is despite me removing all mods, so I have no clue what's happening there.
All of the crash dump is attached.

Please do a full clean re-install:

- move any valued save games elsewhere
- "uninstall" in Steam-Vic3
- manually delete both the Steam/SteamApps/common/Vic3 AND Documents/Paradox Interactive/Vic3 folders
- re-install game in Steam, run a Steam Verify when done.
- add Victoria3.exe to the exceptions list of your antivirus app; ESPECIALLY if you have Windows Defender, add it to the Ransomware "Apps Allowed Through" list.
- start the game with no mods active and test with a new campaign, NOT any existing one

In particular make sure there are no files or folders left under either the Steam Vic3 or Documents Vic3 locations, before installing again.

If those don't help:
DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach here your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Vic3/pdx_settings.json .
From your Documents/Paradox Interactive/Vic3/logs/ folder, attach here system.log , error.log

So I did another clean uninstall, nothing changed.

I've attached all relevant files.

The error.log still shows errors from the "better flag" mod, but I have nothing installed... and all files were verified so they're definitely the original files with nothing overwritten.

I believe the mod errors will show even if they are not in use. You could delete or rename the /mod/ folder to test that.

There is no crash against this game recorded in that dxdiag, but there are in steam.exe and wallpaper64.exe against the AMD video driver. If you run Victoria3.exe directly from File Explorer, with Steam unloaded, do you still get this same problem?

Probably unrelated but you are critically short of free space on C: , G: and Z: - Windows typically wants 10% free space as elbow room, especially on the boot drive. I suggest you clean up all disks!
