Game crashing on same date, changing the date using the console does not help at all, I have no idea what the problem is, can anyone help?

Your error.log indicates that your game is modded and that the mods are either buggy or incompatible with each other. Game changing mods in eu4 are usually incompatible with each other unless the authors explicitly guarantee compatibility
