I still have the issue where my game crashes every few minutes to 20 minutes. I got the game with all its dlcs not too long ago I have no mods installed. Could I get some help I have the game from steam. I tried to add it to my exclusions and the issue still happens. it's to the point where it happens in campaign as well. My pc is pretty powerful it’s pre-built and runs fine I tried to see if the issue proceeds with other games but it’s just Prison architect. However, before I installed it on Friday I uninstalled some things to open up more space I deleted a window’s graphics thingy but I restored everything I deleted in case it was affecting the game but the problem still occurs. I've also got photos. What should I do?

The main reason of game crashing is outdated the device driver. First you need to update the device driver and make sure the other equipment of your PC is fine.

Did you open anything in the background when you play the game? If yes then close all the background programs and play the game.

To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

AND DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Both those files seem incomplete ... but the AMD driver looks like it has a problem.
Hey, Andrew thanks for the constant help it means a lot. I got passed ur steps 1 and 2 however 3 and 4 I can’t get passed this message that pops up.

I have no idea what causes that, I am sorry. I have no AMD gear so cannot try this myself.

All I can suggest is to contact AMD support, as it says on that message.
