Game crashing

Hi everyone, so I got CK2 around 3 months ago and at the same time downloaded the GOT mod. Tried the mod briefly and was working fine but have only really been playing CK2 so far.

Now I'm trying to play the mod however every time I click "single player" on the main menu the game crashes. When I first got the mod it was fine and I could get past this point.

I assume this is because of an update that's come out since that isn't working correctly on my system (which is windows 8), I have tried reinstalling but no changes. Anyone have any suggestions?

This sounds like you're using an older version of the mod. When CKII releases a new patch or DLC, you can count on any mod you have not working. You'll probably need to download the new super BEATA 9.3 release or roll back CKII to a version that works with the version you have.

That worked, rolled CK2 back to the 2.2.1 update.
