Game did not save, despite saying it would save

Description​

Im running ironman multiplayer. I could not make a manual save. But the game said it would save upon closing the game. But it did not mention a save file name. But it also said "saving" when I quit, and in the launcher, the "continue"-button refers to the correct game. But no save file has been made, not even when the game was made (that might have been the main problem?). When I click "continue" fromt he launcher, it doesn't open that game, but just goes to main menu.
