When I start the Paradox Launcher, and i want to press ''play'' to play Cities Skylines II, I instantly get an error. I tried everything; Uninstalling every mod, verify integrety, fully deleted the game and reinstalled, etc. Nothing works. After I installed the game again it worked one time, but I tried to launch it again and I got the same error.

I think the problem is the mods, when you install mods it doesnt work anymore. How can I fix this?
