Hello! When I try to launch Stellaris, either from the Pdx Launcher or Stellaris.exe, the game shows a crash report with background music playing.
The crash report and the game (wich is just the background music playing) closes after sending a report.
I've bought this game May 12 2022 on Steam.
But I've played on a free week promo some time ago so I'm sure the game runs with my specs wich is:
-Windows 10 64 bits
-Intel I5 4460
-Intel HD 4600 integrated graphics
-12gb ram
-Game is installed on a external SSD
This is a fresh install of Windows 10, not the one I've played Stellaris on a free week promo, but the specs are the same.
Here are some things that I've tried but no success solving the problem:
- No mods used.
- Tried to launch without the dlc's that I bought (Utopia, Synthetic Dawn, Nemesis, Apocalypse).
- Verified game files on Steam.
- Run the game, launcher and Steam as Administrator.
- Tried different versions of the game other than 3.4.2 through "Beta Version" on Steam.
- Running on any compatibility mode.
- Added Stellaris.exe and Stellaris Folder to Windows Defender firewall to allow it.
- Tried in different resolutions other than mine 1366x768, as well Fullscreen, Bordeless and Windowed mode.
- Reinstalled the game (3 or 4 times), deleting Stellaris folder on "My Documents" before uninstalling, and Stellaris folder on "steamapps/common" after uninstall.
- Reinstalled Pdx Launcher.
- Updated Visual C++ Redistributable, DirectX and graphic drivers.
I've attached some files that could help, but please let me know if more files or info about this subject is needed.
Ah, the "error.log" could not be uploaded because it is empty.
Thanks in advance for all help provided!
