Game doesnt show up in the Para Launcher and u i cant start it via Steam - Last attempt 2 solve it :(

Hello everybody,

first of all, i must clearly say, that this new launcher is a BIG NO-GO for me.

Out of 7 games, only 2 showed up into the launcher. I wanted 2 play cities: Skylines but i cant start it via Stream, like i normaly do it. I thought, ok then download this launcher and it will works ... but <bleeb>. It doesnt work and there is no helpful thread, where u can easylie fix this problem.

Iam straight, if u dont want my money, thats ok for me as well, but i want to play these things, that i bought with my money many years ago.

So after the Stream blow-off heres the quesiton. How can i make the launcher 2 find my games??? Why is there no scan option like in any other launcher??

I hope, i can get some answers, but we will c.

You must have run the launcher from the desktop shortcut or Paradox launcher.exe, which is a standalone mode for users who do not want to run Steam. CSL and HOI4 were never ported to that platform. CK3 was, but is no longer supported there.

You'll need to run all 3 games from the PLAY button in your Steam Library instead.


If however the launcher starts okay when you hit PLAY in HOI4 and CK3 but not CSL, that's a separate issue. You'll find many threads in the CSL support forum here on how to get around that.
