Game editor

Somehow, I lost the ability to open my game editor files - I used it to
find out the ideal ranks of my officers and the skills of my statesmen -
and I`d like to have it back.
What shall I do?

Adobe tells that the file "editor.csv" can not be opened cause it`s
damaged or ...
I already re-installed then remove and install again but this problem stays.

Is it possible that your anti-virus program has isolated the hoi2 editor, mistaking it for a suspicious file? If so it would have either deleted it or quarantined it? A few months back there were a lot of posts on the forum about the editor being flagged as malware by AVs like AVG.
