Game fails to start and/or close regularly on M1 Mac

Description​

Hi!
When I try to save the game, it usually saves the file and freezes. Then it either crashes or I have to force quit it in activity monitor.
When it launches next time, the game start takes more than 10 minutes, then the game does not connect to the cloud. Alternatively, it stays in loading screen indefinitely.

Steps to reproduce​

Force quit the game on M1 Mac
Try to start the game via steam.

Also in Steam please click on Steam-Help-System Info, and paste everything there into a text file and attach that here.

Hi! Thank you! Just before I do that - disabling steam cloud helped and game now starts quite fast, but obviously, I am unable to save to the cloud.

Does this change anything you need from me? :)

Ah, perhaps there is a saved game in the cloud that is causing this to you. You can see what is there:
store.steampowered.com

If that is the problem, it is tricky to solve as Steam give no direct way for you to remove files from there.

If that's not the issue, you could try a Steam Flush Config
support.steampowered.com

Steam Support :: Clear download cache
