Game freezes display on launch

Hi, I've been having issues since updating to a new computer. Initially, I had CK2 was launching, but the display would freeze and I would have to tab in and out to fix it. This would happen a few seconds after getting to the title screen. It eventually worked, but would crash my graphics card when paying a while.

It's been about a month since I last tried playing, and now it freezes the display while loading (I can tell it's just the display, as the title music starts), and I can't tab out of the game (I can see the tab menu). I have to either reboot, or sign out of my windows session.

I am currently running with an AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT GPU and AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core CPU. The graphics drivers are up to date. I'm not sure what else I might need to include.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK2/settings.txt
From your Documents/Paradox/CK2/logs/ folder, attach system.log , error.log , exceptions.log

There was no exceptions.log in my logs folder.

This may be anecdotal, but I have been able to get the game to finish loading if I run Stellaris immediately before. If I launch another game between or try launching it after booting, it will not load properly and hang on the loading screen, as previously mentioned.

No CK2 issue in that dxdiag but RomeTW.exe is crashing in the AMD video driver, you might try updating that:

If there aren't any newer ones there for you, try going back to to 19.9.2 from September.
