Ok that sorted it out. Finally got the 1.3b2 patch and so far its working. Have to wait to see if the clock goes past 00.00 01.01.55 to see if thats fixed. Only played 1936 so far. Think the prob was win7 created a folder in program files x86 as well as the one i created. It got confused and tried to run the game from both folders. I did the 1.2 patch 1st and checked that before i did the 1.3b2 patch. Thanks for the help.
