Does it help if you disable city sprawl in the video settings? Can you post some information about your hardware and the output of dxdiag? AFAIK this only happens with some integrated AMD GPUs, but I don't know if it is an issue with the GPU drivers or with eu4

Helped indeed, thx alot.
It´s a Ryzen 5 3600 and a RX Vega(not integrated). Not the newest GPU driver but the one before, but i doubt it´s driver related, cause i had the same problem before with a much older driver.

I didn't know that it also affects the discrete vega GPUs. I thought it only affected the APU versions. You could try if it helps to use the newest driver. If it is an issue in the driver, it could be that AMD fixed it at some point. The reason why I'm saying that it could be driver related is that it only seems to affect the vega line of GPUs and not other AMD, nvidia or intel GPUs. It could be a bug in the driver or GPU which could be worked around by the driver. But I don't know the technical details, so it might very well be a bug in eu4 which gets triggered by something unusual in the GPU.

There is a mod on the workshop which claims to work around this issue by replacing the south american map buildings with their asian counterparts. That way you can keep city sprawl enabled

But I don't know if it still works with the current version. the launcher will say that it is outdated, but that should not be a problem, because it only changes the file gfx/entities/buildings.asset which has not been changed since eu4 version 1.23 (the mod was made for 1.25).
