Game Instantly Crashes on Launch

Playing on Xbox gamepass, game immediately crashes upon launch.
No "game has stopped working", just nothing.
It sometimes launches, maybe one every couple days, when ck3 launched it was fine for the first 2 days.
I have no idea what's happening

I forgot to add that I've reinstalled the game twice and it makes it run once before returning to just crashing
