Description​

After updating to patch 1.11.0 on MacOS Sonoma with an Apple M1 Pro chip, the game consistently crashes when interacting with vassals, castles, etc. Crashes occur randomly, hindering gameplay.
No specific error message is displayed.

Steps to reproduce​

1) Launch game on MacOS Sonoma with M1 Pro chip.
2) Interact with vassals, castles, etc.
3) Game crashes randomly.

Same here. I downgraded to 1.10 and playing actually without the new (owned) dlc :/
Crashes seem to me to be identical to the thread with Linux OS.

I am using a MacBook Pro with m2

Same here. No mods etc.
MacBook Pro 13 - M1.
It was crashing once and then before, but now it's like every few minutes.
I've set the autosave to one month to not lose so much progress.

Same here. Game has never crashed since day one but it is regularly since legacy of Persia upgrade and update very frequently when clicking through characters.

game is unplayable right now. At first I thought it was a save compatibility issue so thought I'd give Persia a whirl, but nope it crashes on a fresh game as well. When I try to send a bug report it fails also.

Same here. MacBook Pro 13, newer model, fully updated, no mods, I own all the DLCs, have been playing for over 200 hours, no crashes at all, but since the Persian update (1.11) it now crashes every 10 minutes or so. Playing as one of the default Persian starting lords (the "Easy" one). Seems completely random, perhaps when I click on something (character, army, location, etc.). Game is nearly unplayable now. Hoping for a hot fix!

Hello there! Thank you for the report. We are currently investigating the issue - could you provide your crash folder? It should be located in [...]\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings 3\crashes (its possible that crash folder was not created, please inform us if that happens too).

their newbie dev didn't know in Unix names are case sensitive - so many errors, just rename all game/ files and folders to lowercase.
