Game is crashing during the party loading

I've just finished to install with Steam East india Company.
When i wanted to start a battle to test the game crashed at the really beginning of the load. This bug doesn't appear with battle of trafalgar wich is working fine.
Windows just said the program has stopped to work.

I'm on seven 64 bits pro, my drivers are up to date.

What can I do to make it running ?

Edit : pirate bay is working fine also.

After installing did you check for updates so that you are using the latest patch?

Do you run any programs in the background while playing the game?

Did you try to run the game in Windows XP compatibility mode?

It's the game on steam so it's automatically updated, and yes I have steam on the background.
I didn't tried with XP comptability, I'm going to check.
