Game keeps crashing after running fine up until now

Hi,

I've been playing a game that's been going pretty well... until now.

I'm centuries into the game and had few problems, but recently the game keeps crashing randomly during play, and I don't know why. I have a lot of mods enabled so I'm curious if that's the problem, but I'm not sure why it'd only start causing problems now. It's only in-game as well; it launches fine and only starts giving problems when I've loaded the save (at the earliest).

-Historical Bloodline Vanilla

I know that's a lot haha, but most of them are minor and until now they hadn't posed any issues, so I'm not sure they're the problem. I'm listing them though just in case.

It's gotten to the point where my game is a chore to continue and it's quite annoying. Any help is appreciated!
