Game keeps crashing randomly on an increased frequency (playing on mac). I've started a new campaign after the latest update and installing origins. Any help would be appreciated.

Does the game crashes on a fixed date? For me, my savegame that I posted here on bug reports always crashes at November 21st 1756.
I had one crash on a specific day. But other than that the performance on m1pro was quite good.
it's not on a specific day I assume. felt more like it was random as it happened a few times till it got very frequent. just started another campaign to see exactly.
I'm on i7 and played it fairly easily till now. but I also had screen resolution problems last year after an update, which was easy to fix.
When you say randomly, after a crash you can load the same save and continue on past the point it crashed at before, is that right?

Just don’t look at your cpu clock speed on the 11th gen 8 cores it was lowering it to 3.0ghz most the time.
