After four years I finally got a new PC (Cybertron Set) and have redownloaded CK2 and have been so excited to get back to playing after so long... But as the title of my issue says it keeps crashing my PC. I can start the game up, it runs for a few minutes and then the screen has a little fit, it blacks out with an annoying tone and then after a little bit my monitor comes up with "no signal" indicator even though my PC is still running and I have to switch it off manually since task manager won't open. If i close out the game after the screen freakout (graphics going weird, don't really know how to describe it) and go back to the desktop then this avoids the black out and reset. I'm not the most tech savvy person so any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit the file documents/paradox/ck2/settings.txt to say:
fullScreen=no
borderless=yes

IF that doesn't help, DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK2/settings.txt
From your Documents/Paradox/CK2/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

I feel like a bit of a moron for asking this next part but I want to be sure I understood and don't screw up, attach the DXDIAG information, settings and system log files to this thread?

Yes please.
