Hi. I have HOI Armageddon most recent version....the game keeps crashing to windows often when I try to run large infantry attacks. If I click on an icon or on a unit or the map all of a sudden it will CTW. Then it messes up my windows saying that a program needs to reload (Not HOI!) and finally my desktop reappears Any suggestions? I can sometimes avoid this by reloading an old save or by not attacking at that certain moment. Thanks.

Are you using Sprites or Counters? - could you try activating the one not used and see if the problem persists?

Happened regardsless of the counters/sprites. The version is 1.3 checksum? How do I do that? Is that the fciv thing?
The checksum is the four letter XXXX beside the version number. You could try to back up your game, do a new installation of 1.2 and upgrade that to the newest patch: GET-IT-HERE and then copy your save game in to hoi2\scenarios\save games.
