Game launcher crashes in Steam on a Linux PC

Hi, I haven't played the game in a few months but when I start the game on Steam today the game launcher initially would appear, followed by what seems to be a crash and reboot of the launcher, and then it crashes again and exits the game.

I've tried uninstalling all the local workshop mods, and verifying the integrity of the game as well as reinstallation with no success.

If there any other suggestions that I should try? Thank you in advance!

If you've installed Steam from Flatpack or any similar source, try the native client from Valve instead:

If that's not the problem, remove the following files and folders:
~/.paradoxlauncher
~/.local/share/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2
~/.local/share/Paradox Interactive/launcherpath


Download the installer package

https://launcher.paradoxinteractive.com/v2/paradox-launcher-installer-linux

And Install the launcher from it. Then run the game from Steam again - any better?

If not, Right click the game n your Steam library and add this in the "Launch Options" window:

--pdxlDebug

Start the launcher and the debug log will be automatically generated and located in one of the below locations

• $XDG_DATA_HOME/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/logs/ (if $XDG_DATA_HOME is set)
• ~/.local/share/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2/logs/ (if $XDG_DATA_HOME is not set)

Attach them here please.
