Game launching problem

hello everyone,

I just downloaded the game and had a bit lanuching problem on my MacOs 14.3.1 with Intel Iris Plus Graphics 645 and 1.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5. As I entered the game via the laucher, the game keeps loading. Initally the problem was the display crushed as I can barely see the content of the game. Then I upated my MacOs to MacSonoma and re-installed the game. I was not able to enter the game as the page was frozen even if the music has been turned on. It was frozen like this even I can feel a little bit "clicking" available. Can I get some tech support from someone?

As your model of Mac only has an Intel video system, that is the cause of your problem. FYI this game has never been supported on that hardware platform since release.

All you can do is play on any other machine you have access to with supported hardware. OR if you have Apple Bootcamp installed, play in Windows there.

As you've just bought the game though, it's probably best to just seek a refund from that store.
