Steps to reproduce​

I launch the game from steam, then the Paradox Launcher opens up and I press Play, the game opens, but get stuck on the loading screen. I've been playing on Epic Games before so it could be a problem maybe

Description​

I have been playing the game on Epic Games before Steam, even though i deleted the Epic Games version. Now when i bought the game with Airports DLC my game doesn't get past the loading screen

DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

I'm pretty sure this is a mod problem. In your Steam Library right-click on this game and choose Properties. In the Launch Options line, paste this in there:

-noWorkshop -disableMods

If the game then loads and you can start a new test city okay, Please check your mods against this list:

Make sure to check the tab "Broken"

If you still get this problem after removing or replacing any bad ones, attach a new game's log file:

After using those launch options in the Steam properties the game starts up and everything works, Thank You. But does that mean i can't use any mods anymore? Because aftere i remove those launch options the game crashes again. I don't have any mods in my folders or content manager so is this a bug or what?

I figured out the problem. I played the game in 2022 on Epic Games with my friend with a multiplayer mod. I found it in my %Localappdata% folder accidentally. No help is needed anymore. Still Thank You for your help!
