Game not launching

Hello,

This error pops up when i attempt to launch Prison Architect and Cities Skylines on my desktop or from Steam.

I have tried deleting the paradox launcher v2 file, deleting and reinstalling the game, disabled my antivirus...

If there are any crash log files or anything you would like can you please tell me where to find them and what their names will be called?

We now have reports of this on AVG, Avast and possibly Kaspersky.

You need to make sure all these apps are in its exceptions lists:

dowser.exe (in the Steam PA folder)
C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/launcher-v2.2020.16/paradox launcher.exe
C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/Local/Programs/Paradox Interactive/bootstrapper-v2.exe
