Game not updating

for some reason my cities skylines can't update to 1.16.0 and because of that my mods dont work, im stuck on 1.15, reinstalling the game on steam doesnt help because it says that my game is up to date. does anyone know how to fix that or had the same problem?

Are you opted-in to any betas on Steam? If so, Steam understands that you don't want your games updated. Opt out from them and your game should update

There are no betas for this game in Steam.

This pretty much has to be a Steam problem, but not one I've seen other reports of.

You could try a Steam Flush Config

Steam Support :: Clear download cache

support.steampowered.com

Then change your Steam download region to somewhere different.
