Basically, I hear the gunshot sound of the chief calling me to tell me my staff are mad and want a raise. Aaand my game crashes, SOMETIMES, and sometimes it doesn't and I can listen to the chief tell me they're going to strike. If I raise the pay by 50% it goes away, but if I say "screw them go on strike for all I care" it crashes. it ALWAYS crashes if the timer hits zero though.
That's one effective strike, staff.
This issue persists even with all my mods deactivated, (names of mods appear in my log, but they're inactive).
I'd really like this to stop happening so I can actually enjoy the DLC I paid for.
