Game sometimes gets stuck at loading screen

Sometimes my game does not get past the start/loading screen (just appears to be loading forever).

Exiting the game and reloading usually works (though even this is not a sure fix).

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I really hope the November 21st patch fixes this issue.

(I am Xbox One S, with no old saves).

Didn't have this one yet but with today's update it's stuck at 40% for a long time and then very slowly progressing. In the past it was lightning fast on Xbox Series X.

And quick resume is still broken, it's always disconnecting.

Give it a bit, I cleared all my save data first and it took a solid 20 minutes to get past 40 but hasn't had that issue for as long since. It's just slower after 40 but it picks up

20 minutes is totally unacceptable and must be addressed in a hot fix (along with advisor voices & sliders missing, late game performance problems and of course the dreaded crashing).

Yeah sure... I also pulled the plug and plugged it back in
