game speed

hiya,

I recently bought a new CPU. Before I had a AMD athlon 2500+ (1.25ghz), and now I have amd Athlon 3000+ (217ghz). But I can't really feel a difference , It doesent go any faster. Im now playing a game and im in the year of '37 and its like 14 secs a day.

Is there anything i can do to make it go faster?

Have you set the game speed to 'extremely fast'? Sorry if it sounds obvious but this could be the problem
