Steps to reproduce​

Just start the game, safe mode, no mods, run as admin, manually delete everything doesn't matter, still stuck on loading screen at last quarter indefinitely.

Expected Result​

The game actually starting after I paid money to play it.

What mods do you have installed?​

none. went on paradox mods and made sure all uninstalled. Also manually deleted everything related to cs2 and paradox before 6 attempts at reinstall. also reinstalled windows and still doesn't work

Can you please provide the following:

• The player.log
  Located in \AppData\LocalLow\Colossal Order\Cities Skylines II (To see the AppData folder you’ll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer)

• A DxDiag
  • Open your Start menu, Cortana or Search
  • Type dxdiag in the search field
  • Click on the dxdiag program
  • A window called "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" should pop up now
  • Wait until the green bar at the bottom-left has disappeared
  • At the bottom right-hand side, click on "Save all information"
  • Save it to a place where you can find it easily, for example your desktop
  • Attach this file here
  • IF dxdiag.txt fails to attach here, rename it to dxdiag.log , or zip it up.
