Game stuttering

Hello,

I'm a returning player to Stellaris (haven't played the game for 6 month to 1 year maybe). When I launched the game, i had at first no issue but when i unpaused and started playing, i noticed some stuttering present. I immediatly looked on the forums for similar issues and found that some peoples had run into the same issue.
I already tried with and without vsync, settting stellaris.exe to "disable fullscreen optimisations", swithching graphics setting, sadly without any changes to my problem. Moreover, during the game, my CPU and GPU weren't being used to 100% at anytime (used msiafterburner to check on it).
I know that my computers specs are quite old but they should be enough, and as i stated before, it didn't seem to be the problem here.
I hope someone can help me resolve this issue, i linked below the possibly needed files, and thanks for considering my request.

Try the mod "Music Replacement" on the steam workshop and see if it still happens. It disables the stock music. There is a problem with the dlc music contained in the dlc zips that causes the game to stutter even when paused. If that fixes it you either play with mod music or move the music from the dlc zips in the dlc folder to the music folder in the main Stellaris folder. No idea why this is happening but I was able to fix my stuttering this way.

The game does stutter a bit when processing days though this seems to have minimized it.
