Game stutters again after Livy Update

Hi!

Did anybody notice that the game is stuttering again since the livy update. It happens after a day in-game passes. It's pretty much the same problem the game had at release, but it was quickly solved with a hotfix. Anyone else experiencing same problem?

BTW: i have a gtx580 and ryzen 5 2600 with 16gb ram

It stutters a lot. I think I was too quick to conclude.

16 GB RAM
RTX 2070

Given the variety of hardware here I don't think this is anything we in tech support will be able to solve, it will need a code fix. Please go here:

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file .

Same here. It stutters heavily no matter the FPS.
Win 10 1809
7700K (5ghz)
1070ti.
16 GB RAM.
