Game suddenly closed when loading

Sorry, I'm new to this, not sure if I post in the right place

Recently, I started the game as usual, but the game is suddenly closed when the loading is almost completed. I tried to uninstalled and reinstalled, but it is the same situation, not sure what is going on

I attached the log here, can anyone help to review and advice?

I see this in the log:

DynamicHeapAllocator out of memory - Could not get memory for large allocation 1048580!

I also see in there that over 15GB of system RAM is in use. How much RAM does the system have?

The game has run out of available memory, and Windows has exhausted its swap space. Please:

- expand your Windows paging file maximum size to 32gb

Optional: Increasing the paging file size on Windows computers

On computers that have 8 GB of RAM, the suggested paging file size is 16 GB.

- unsubscribe from any mods and assets you don't actually need or use - they all consume memory all the time, even when not in use in the current city
- exit every other app you can before starting the game.
