Game white screens and never loads

Hello, I am hoping someone can help me. I have been unable to play for at least 3 weeks. Probably longer but I hadn't tried. Every time I play, no matter normal, safe or 32 bit. I hear the music, get a screen that turns white and nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Updated, cleared cache. Is anyone else having or had this problem?

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please send in the game log C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\debug.txt

To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

No significant errors in that debug log, but I see it's the previous version. Please delete that log, and update that nVidia driver:

Then try the game again - does it make a new log?
