Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
As of a few days ago, none of my cities will save. I first got the error when the game was trying to autosave. Says "An error occurred while saving the game. Please try again later." I tried loading an earlier save of the same city, but got the same error. I continued to play for a while, hopeful the issue would resolve itself, but got the same error.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
I loaded two other older cities that I had saved from a few months ago, played for a few minutes and then tried to save and got the same error. I have uninstalled and installed the game on my XBOX, issue persists.

My Xbox has over 400 GB of space on the hard drive.

All that have been released though the issue started before I installed Mass Transit today.

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.

Similar to the other report last week when I was saving my game I got "An error occurred while saving the game. Please try again later." I was saving manually, auto-save is turned off.

I have a few saves of the same city and one of another city. If I load any of the saves from the main city the issue happens. If I load the 2nd city it saves fine.


I started a new city and it also saves fine.

As far as I can tell this only happens on one city but every instance of that particular city I've saved.

I have lots of space on my hard drive and haven't had any issues saving other games.

Please try this:

- uninstall the game from the XBox

- clear the XBox cache and game files (save game data)

- install the game again

Nope. Didn't work every save of the city cannot be saved.

The other city saves fine. I don't understand why every version of one particular city would suddenly break like this, but leave the other city fine and it also lets me save fine when it's a new city
