Sure, When you go to start a new Ironman game there's a tick box for cloud or not.

FYI here's a possible, but unofficial, way to recover your saves - IF you haven't started any other campaign since:

I am having the same problem, cannot launch the game at all any more. Where do I find the cloud saves in order to delete them?

Same here. On release day it worked like a charm. Now it's impossible to launch the game regardless starting new or continue. Is there any workaround for Game Pass players?

For Steam users, the path is as follows:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\********\1158310\remote\save games

Where ******** is whatever your unique Steam user ID is.

No clue for Game Pass players, sorry.

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/CK3/pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox/CK3/logs/ folder, attach system.log , error.log

The fix was to delete all cloud saves, now it runs properly.

how you delete cloud saves ? I never used cloud... and I have windows game I can't access their folders as are forbidden to me.
