Please attach the affected saved game here too.

If any of the gameplay and mod experts can help this person please!

Here's what the terrain going on in game, really seems like the issue of 81 Tiles 2

I don't see this issue anywhere in your city. I subscribed to all of your 100 mods/assets.

I did however see you have some BETA mods that may give issues. Maybe try using the non-BETA versions of the mods.

The map does stutter a little when scrolling the map. Maybe minimize the workshop you have subscribed. A great many aren't really even needed for your city.

EDIT:

FYI disabling/unsubscribing from workshop will make things worse. Some workshop is required to be used once it is saved with your saved game.

EDIT2:
Exit the game, launch the game, go to content manager, then go to savegames, then find your saved game. Now click, "Subscribe All" button, to resubscribe anything you unsubscribes. Then click, "Enable All", so it enables all workshop again, so you know that nothing is missing.

I get this sir, whether your recommendation works or not, thank you most sincerely.
