Steps to reproduce​

Happens with every saved where I use the "#" character in the name. Ten files total at this time.

Expected Result​

Should be able to see associated image when selecting the saved game in the load game screen.

Actual Result​

No image visible.

What mods do you have installed?​

I have a large number of mods installed. Too many to list manually. To the best of my knowledge, they do not cause this problem.

I probably should have added this to the bug report...

My saved games that show no image in the load screen are named "Current Game #1" through "Current Game #10".

I have encountered an related bug that is save file with "." in the name also show no image. Also the save process will hang when I save the game with "." in the file name after patch 1.2.5.
