Dear dev team,
how about the following 2 x additions to the game to make gangs more challenging:
1.
at the moment ---> Legendary gang leader arrives in your prison and you put him directly into supermax solitary, if he manages to promote a lieutenant for his gang also this prisoner goes directly to solitary confinement and the gang is pretty much stopped from all "plays" at this time, without any chance for recovery.
It would be great, if the gang manages to promote within their ranks a new lieutenant by earning their "stripes" (e.g. snitch kill/ rival gang member kill = promotion to lieutenant)
2.
reform of gang members via SRT (special response team/ gang unit) via a costly reform program with many sessions.
After a gang member decides to leave his gang of course he becomes a target by his gang and other gangs in the prison and has to be put into protective custody..
