Garbage truck's don't spawn in my city. My city is at 4k population so I think it is not possible that I reached the vehicle limit. I don't have any one way roads in my city, except for one roundabout which is working fine, so I don't think that is the problem. Sometimes a couple of trucks spawn, but they despawn again after collecting garbage one time. I have the budget for garbage on 150%. I have tried to disable all my mods but the problem was still there. I play Cities Skylines on MacOs Ventura on Steam. I hope anyone can help me with this problem!

To find that file, in Finder do cmd-shift-G to bring up the GOTO box. In there paste ~/Library/ . You will see a /Logs/ folder, and inside that /Unity/ folder. Please attach that file player.log here by dropping it on this support ticket, or use the "Attach file" link here.
