This is an amazing idea. I would like to work on this. However, someone would have to make a world map, which I would say is pretty much the hardest thing at this point in time. Also, one should be sure as to which scope to take. For example, concentrate on Dunan (that's the continent of Suiko2), Toran or another region, or the actual whole world.
I can actually see the "Rebels"-mechanic working pretty well on this (Scarlet Moon Empire Rebels = Toran Liberation Army)... Also, the timescale, in termy of the year numbering, is pretty much the same as in Rome (Suikoden I takes place in 457).
So, if you need any help, especially with graphics and events, count me in!
PS: If anyone itches in their fingers to make a map. Here you go: Suikoden World Map
I "made" a Suikoden world map for EU2, but I couldn't get the map maker to import it properly. I don't imagine it will be that much more difficult seeing how Rome actually supports map making officially.
Well that would be great of course. The only problem I see though is the new topography. But then again, I have never been good at mapping EU3 (or the new TW games, which use the same technique), so what can I say?
