however franco is winning i'm GER and was sending help however i just checked my relations to the nat spas and it was 130 negative (wtf?)

That is not consistent with other people's save game files. I am guessing you have Nationalist Spain as a espionage target or something.

no, i did nothing with them, i was only sending them the usual supplies

This had happened to me, too. But I cannot find any pattern to reproduce it.

It is the same in my >3 games, and I do not spy on minors

Edit: all games as Germany
